2. Services Offered
QDEI provides, among other things, web hosting services, VPS and dedicated server rentals, Discord bot and game server hosting, as well as various additional services:
- Web hosting and related services
- VPS and dedicated servers (Linux/Windows)
- Game server and Discord bot hosting
- Advanced DDoS protection
- SSL/TLS certificates
- Automated backups
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of our services at any time.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
- Comply with all applicable laws (national and international).
- Refrain from using our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Not infringe upon the rights of others (copyright, trademarks, etc.).
- Abide by our Acceptable Use Policy and content policies.
Any breach of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services.
4. Payment & Billing
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made prior to the provision or renewal of services.
- Services are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your choice.
- We reserve the right to change prices, subject to prior notice.
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available on our website.
- In the event of non-payment, QDEI may suspend or terminate your account immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date to avoid any service interruption.
5. Availability & Support
- A minimum uptime guarantee of 99.9%
- 24/7 technical support via ticket or email
- Planned maintenance announced by email at least 24 hours in advance
- Proactive monitoring of our servers and networks
In the event of a failure or technical issue, our team will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
- We process your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Our servers and databases are hosted in secure data centers.
- We use encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your sensitive information.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.
- Regular backups are performed to prevent data loss.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other elements displayed on our site and platforms are the exclusive property of QDEI or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Users retain all rights to the content they host through our services, provided they comply with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
QDEI shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific needs or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Use of our services is at your own risk.
- Performance may vary based on factors beyond our control (network connections, third-party outages, etc.).
- We are not responsible for data loss resulting from your own negligence.
9. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time, subject to 30 days' notice, by contacting us via support:
- Any month already started remains due in full, unless otherwise agreed by us.
- We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, unless you request immediate deletion.
- In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, we may terminate your account without notice.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations contracted prior to the effective date.
10. Changes to the Terms
QDEI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a major change, you will be notified by email or through a notice on our website. Continuing to use our services after these changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first seek an amicable solution through our customer service. If no amicable solution is found, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of our registered office.
